The exhibition was the result of a year-long study of the state of modern "outsider art" in Belarus and for the first time presented the collection of Viktor Kruglyansky - the only one in Belarus designed by a psychiatrist. From 1962 to 1998, he collected works of psychiatric patients, among which were the names of famous Belarusian artists.
