Born in the city of Petrokrepost (Shlisselburg in the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region ). He spent his childhood traveling around his father's place of work.
1956
He entered the Penza Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Science.
1961
He worked in Penza at a defense enterprise, then, according to an all-Union competition, he got into the Minsk Central Research Institute of Technical Equipment.
1965
Moved to Minsk . Since then he has lived and worked in Minsk.
1961-2004
Worked in engineering positions in the specialty.
1972-1976
He worked as the author and presenter of the TV series "Photopanorama" on BT (36 TV programs were released).
1971
He began to oversee numerous photo exhibitions, including foreign ones.
1965
Became a member of the Minsk photo club .
1977
He became an honorary member of the People's Photo Studio "Riga" (Riga).
1978-1999
Works as chairman and artistic director of the photo club "Minsk" .
For 5 years he was the caretaker of the museum-gallery "World of Photo" . With his participation, 80 photo exhibitions were organized. Organizer, participant and laureate of all-Union, inter-club and international photo exhibitions. Author of numerous publications on creative photography and Belarusian creative photography in domestic periodicals ("Mastatstva of Belarus", "Mastatstva"), consultant of the encyclopedic reference book "Photography" . Represented the Republic of Belarus and the photo club "Minsk" on the jury of more than 50 photo exhibitions.
1982
He became an honorary member of the "Rainbow" photo club (Mogilev).
1992
The title "Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Belarus" was awarded. Honorary member of the Belarusian Association of Photographers .
1993
Honorary member of the Union of Photographers of Lithuania .
1980-2013
Took part in international photo seminars in Nida, Lithuania.
January 18, 2018
Died in Minsk .
