Festival / collective self-organized platform that develops issues of knowledge production, cooperation, work, recreation, technology and acceleration through a variety of performative, participatory and discursive formats. The platform emerged as a way to renew the idea of collective work in the professional field of art, politics and technology, which in the post-Soviet context has been significantly weakened by social atomization and liberal individualism since the 1990s.

The structure of the RBOB includes 4 permanent members of the working group - these are Alexey Borisenok, Olya Sosnovskaya, Dina Zhuk and Nikolai Spesivtsev - who support its functioning on a relatively regular, but permanent basis, and a wider and rolling list of participants and participants invited to create an annual collective developments. Each year, the structure of this event changes: it can last a week or a weekend, being dispersed and drifting around the city, or concentrated in several locations in continuous action, public or secret, virtual or experienced directly - the dynamics of collaboration and self-organization are always mobile. Such experimentation reflects today's precariousness of the temporal dispositions of work and rest. Friction between them becomes a working tool for the accumulation of knowledge about the forms of collectivity.
