The works of the famous Belarusian artist Alexei Kuzmich can be seen today in the village of Mokhro, Ivanovo district. Here, in the artist’s small homeland, a gallery named after him was opened on June 1, 2014. The gallery of Alexey Kuzmich presents Madonnas of various cycles, including the famous “Weeping Madonnas,” Polesie landscapes, still lifes, portraits of the muse and the artist’s family.

The exhibition of the art gallery consists of a large hall - dedicated to the creative heritage of A. Kuzmich, and a small one - to the work of local artists. The hall dedicated to A. Kuzmich is divided into several sectors according to the themes and periods of his work. A memorial corner has been created with personal belongings and objects from the artist’s studio: an easel, a sketchbook, paints and brushes, working tools, books and magazines with dedicatory inscriptions.
