Literary and artistic avant-garde association. Members of the association often created various performances, performances, art projects that shocked the public, created magazine and newspaper articles, as well as reports at scientific conferences. They created a new literary and cultural context in Belarus in the 1990s.

The participants combined different types of art and creative activity. From the boom-bam-lithuanian environment came the performance groups "Theatre of Spiritual Unbalance" and "Special Brigade of African Brothers", as well as the literary community Sсhmerzwerk.

The publication of the collective collection "Belarusian Basin" began the publication of the book series "Bum-Bam-Lit's Library".
