Born in Borisov , Minsk region (BSSR, now the Republic of Belarus). He began to draw at the age of four, from the age of seven he began attending classes at the art studio of the Borisov House of Pioneers, where he went for eight years, sometimes neglecting general education subjects.

1981

Graduated from the design department of the Belarusian State Theater and Art Institute (now the Belarusian State Academy of Arts).

1984

He began to take an active part in national and international exhibitions.

1989

He joined the Belarusian Union of Artists.

1991

The first personal exhibition of the artist took place in the Minsk Palace of Arts.

2002

The State Prize of the Republic of Belarus in the field of literature, art and architecture was awarded for the cycle of paintings "Eternal".

2005

Participated in the international art exhibition La Biennale de Venezia.

2015

A gallery named after the artist himself was opened in the building of the Borisov Central Library. Here are more than three dozen of his paintings, donated by the artist to his native city.
