The gallery of works by Leonid Dmitrievich Shchemelev was created as a museum-type cultural institution. The basis of the gallery's exposition is a collection of works (about 60 canvases) by the People's Artist of Belarus Leonid Shchemelev, donated by him to Minsk. The gallery also periodically hosts contemporary art exhibitions.
