Born in Minsk (BSSR, today the Republic of Belarus).

Studied at Belarusian State University, Minsk Pedagogical Institute. He led an asocial lifestyle, earned a living by writing scientific papers to order in various fields of knowledge. Twice he was imprisoned for political reasons.

Since the mid 1950s

A circle of free-thinking youth formed around Khadeev's personality. Khadeev brought up several generations of Minsk intellectuals. Among Khadeev's students are culturologist Yulia Chernyavskaya, writers Grigory Trestman, Dmitry Strotsev, Andrey Khodanovich, directors Vladimir Rudov, Boris Lutsenko, artist Grigory Nesterov and many others.
