Reform.by summarizes the results of the year in visual arts. The changes that took place in the art field can be extended to the entire Belarusian culture, which suffers from severe repressions at home, but is beginning to make its presence felt more and more successfully abroad.
Thus, trends in the development of visual art are clearly divided into negative and positive. This does not mean that there are no halftones and nuances. This means that art now exists in two opposite paradigms – regime and international.
