Graduated from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute, designer-technologist of radio-electronic equipment.

He attended a photo club in the city House of Pioneers in Minsk.
1974-1979
Higher education at the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute.
1979–1989
He worked in his specialty, at the Academy of Sciences, and then at KBTEM.
1985–1986
He studied creative photography with Valery Dmitrievich Lobko, in Studio III, at the People's Photo Club Minsk.
1989
Organizer of the first paid exhibitions of photography: "American Photography", and a personal exhibition of Anatoly Dudkin.
1989–1992
Worked in the field of photography, head of a photo studio, photojournalist, photographer, etc. Supervised the teaching of photography in the photographic studio "Rakurs" at KBTEM. Head of the first self-supporting photo club in Belarus. One of the founders of the association of creative photography "Province". Organizer, curator of numerous photography exhibitions.
He taught at the Institute of Privatization and Management, the Academy of Postgraduate Education and at the Belarusian State University. Author of articles on IT topics, photography and photo art. For 7 years led the Belarusian Internet Forum by1999-by2005.
He took part in the creation of the Union of Photographers of Belarus, which was then called the NGO "Photo Art".
In recent years, he has been a project manager at the Educational Center "Institute of Photography".
