Located in the center of Vitebsk in a reconstructed mansion. Known in the city under the name "Music Lounge", as musicians of various genres have performed here over the years.

At present, the hallmark of the exhibition hall are chamber expositions: painting, graphics, photography. Traditionally, the emotional perception of the exposition is complemented by musical accompaniment.

The chamber exhibition hall is intended for temporary exhibitions of modern autoro_k. Scientific conferences, film screenings, meetings, master classes and museum pedagogy lessons are also held. The oldest in Belarus Vitebsk People's Film Club "Dialogue" is operating under the leadership of Sergei Matylyonok. By tradition, it is a rehearsal venue for the Vitebsk Youth Choir under the direction of Alexander Rauz.
