The photographer about his portraits: "A good photograph is just a result confirming that the photographer was sincere in everything: from the book he read yesterday to the color of his shoes and the model of the camera. An honest portrait is an indicator of a whole and correct life. Just do not forget that Everyone has their own life, and following someone else's rules is pointless.

Daido Moriyama said that photography is about finding existing images.

It doesn't work that way in a portrait.

You are simultaneously creating what you are looking for.

Therefore, a good portrait appears unexpectedly. It is always an uncertain experiment in which the rules appear on frosted glass and immediately disappear.

The portrait is a sincerely created suspense."
