Born in Minsk (Russian Empire, now the Republic of Belarus).

He studied at the Grodno male gymnasium.

He entered the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute named after Peter the Great.

He studied at the graphic department of the Drawing School of the Imperial Society for the Encouragement of Arts in St. Petersburg.
1920-1922
He studied at the Drawing School in Kharkov.
1922-1929
He taught drawing, drawing and mathematics in the village of Novoselki near Minsk and Minsk.
September 21, 1941
He died at the beginning of World War II in the battle of Orel. The place of burial is unknown.

The National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus hosted a personal exhibition of easel graphics by Arkady Astapovich, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the artist.
