An ironic term that, together with Denis Arkhipov, was introduced and theorized by Olga Arkhipova in the 2000s, observing the phenomenon associated with the approach of the Belarusian ZhEKs (Housing Maintenance Offices) to cleaning and combating graffiti on walls in public space. Olga Arkhipova points to the visual similarity with the works of the Suprematists of these often overlapping geometric plates of different colors on the facades of buildings that censor street art or inscriptions. This phenomenon can be attributed to ZhEK-art. Fuprematism comes from the words "suprematism", "foundation" and the expression "fu" as a sign of censorship.
The phenomenon has a Facebook group.
