New resident: Antanina Slabodchykava

We are pleased to announce the continuation of our program . The new resident is the artist , who will work in Poznań and Dresden from November 15 to December 15, 2023 and create new works.

Antanina Slabodchykava is an artist from Minsk who has been living in Germany since 2022. She is a member of the group , which is an artistic duo together with . The author of the famous symbol of the triumvirate. The artist works with themes of death and fear, often incorporating human hair, found objects and ritual symbols into her installations and objects. But her works are also characterized by humor and an ironic view of reality. Collage and the use of popular media images are distinctive techniques for many works of the artist, who applies them in the creation of author's books, objects, installations and urban interventions.

The meeting with the artist will be held on November 16, 2023 at 18:00 in the My bar in Poznań.
