Works as a cultural manager.
2010–2013
Moving to Moscow and studying at the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences (Shaninka) at the Faculty of Management of Socio-Cultural Projects. Diploma in cultural management (Master of arts, Manchester University).
She started working as a project manager at the Association of Cultural Managers (AMC) in Moscow, organized the network of cultural managers in Russia, coordinated a number of international and all-Russian projects, participated in the organization of international festivals.
Summer 2011 and 2012
She was the coordinator of the festival "Archstoyanie" (Kaluga region, RF).
2012
She was the coordinator of the art residence program in the landscape park "Nikola-Lenivets" (Kaluga region, RF).
2013
Moving to Brest and starting work as a deputy director for projects.
2013–2021
She was the director of the Brest Fortress Development Fund.
2014
She was the platform coordinator at the 1st Moscow International Forum "Culture. Looking into the Future".
2015
She became the national coordinator in Belarus of the EU-Eastern Partnership project “Culture and Creativity”, which was aimed at supporting the cultural and creative industries in the Eastern Partnership region.
She began cooperation with the independent platform "Prostranstvo KX" in Brest.
2018–2019
Lecturer at the European College of Liberal Arts in Minsk.
2019
Started cooperation with ECLAB in Minsk, taught courses "Art and Social Change", "Management of Creative Industries".
Became a guest lecturer at EHU (Vilnius) with the course "Project work in the field of heritage: best practices".
As part of the Status project, she was a member of the Heritagization group, where she and her colleagues explored the process of producing heritage through art.
One of the co-organizers of the "Kangres-performance of workers and workers of culture" in Minsk.
2020
Curator of the project "Art Intervention in Brest: Soviet Legacy".
Co-author, together with Svetlana Gusakova, of the work "The Red Book of Belarus. Man", presented at the exhibition "Unhappy Pictures" in the Space of KX.
2021
Since January, together with Svetlana Gusakova, she has been a participant in the project The Rural School of Economics, organized by the art group Myvillages.org and Wapke Feenstra.
Together with the Kryly Halopa Theater, she began work on the HERstory Brest project.
